Who we are
Kestrel Follow ("Kestrel," "we") is a Wisconsin business that runs lead follow-up for other businesses. This policy covers our own website and the information you give us through it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, business website, email and mobile number.
- Whether you agreed to texts or calls, with the date, time, IP address and the exact consent wording you saw.
- Messages and call recordings between you and us.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
To respond to your request, schedule calls, send the reminders and follow-ups you agreed to, keep records that show your consent, and improve our service.
Text messaging
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our systems, such as our CRM, messaging, calling and email vendors, under contracts that limit their use of your data. We don't sell your information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Consent and opt-out records are kept for at least five years, as required for compliance. Other information is kept while we have a business relationship with you, then deleted.
